To us our dogs are pets first, but we feel that to show and by being placed is an added bonus. To date Ambyson Hermia (Mia) is our highest placed Siberian husky. Although Ambyson Bryhild at Klewagin (Taleekha) was initially purchased for his dad, Kieran has handled her at shows since he was 6 years old and Taleekha was just 6 months. Our daughter has previously handled our Dalmatians, but has started to handle our fur kids.
